Technical Seminar: An environmental way to reduce pollution in air and wastewater in Hong Kong

Date, time & venue

2019-07-26;6:30pm to 8:00pm;Chan Yat Mei Sophie Room – 9/F

Jointly Organized by EVD, AMC and CAD

Programme Highlights:

1) How UV-C & OZONE can reduce air pollution from Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Hood to the public.

Different from those conventional cooking fume purification equipment such as Hydrovent and Electrostatic Precipitator (EP), our UV-C and OZONE Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Purification System is to decompose the fume molecules into safe and unharmful elements which then pass through the air duct to go outside.

2) Ordinary Degreasing cleaner VS Unharmful Enzyme

Different from Ordinary Degreasing Cleaner, the Unharmful Enzyme is to fully transform the grease/oil molecules into sugar substance; as a result, safely drain away from the drain and not accumulate any grease/oil in the drain.  Not only remove any type of oil/grease, but also remove odour.  On average, it takes only 1/10 time compared with the use of Ordinary Degreasing Cleaner.  Most importantly, this Unharmful Enzyme is widely used for food additives; this means that not only will not damage the human body, nor will it damage the surface of any equipment!
