Programme Highlights:

More than 80% of the life cycle cost of an air filter is the energy cost, which is the extra energy consumption by the driving fan to overcome the pressure drop across the filter when maintaining the designed air flow rate. Acoustic-aided Air Filtration technology utilizes acoustic wave (sound wave) to induce vibrational motion on particles in air during filtration, which greatly improves filtration efficiency while does not increase the pressure drop across the air filter. This allows IAQ improvement, energy saving and consumables cost saving at the same time.

Ir Steven Chan - Director of Aurabeat Technology Limited. He has over 13 years of research experience in IAQ and building environment. His findings have been published in more than 30 research articles. He is the co-inventor of 3 patented technologies related to air purification and indoor environmental quality. He is one of the directors and the Co-founder of Aurabeat Technology Limited.
