This seminar provides an excellent opportunity for participants to explore and enhance understanding in F&B Licensing.

Under recent Hong Kong Regulation, it is necessary to obtain a food licence before the start of food business.
With several case and scenario sharing an introduction to different food licence types, i.e. general restaurant, light refreshment restaurant licence, food factory licence and liquor licence with their advantages and limitations would be carried out. Furthermore, restricted food items with specified health requirements and whole licence application procedures would be introduced also. Experience on energy saving design and practice will be shared during the talk.

Mr Sammy Ip - Director of MEP & Licensing Department of Fruit Design & Build Limited. Sammy has over 10 years experience in licensing, project management and E&M Design, which he had handled a total of over 300 cases over past 3 years including Japanese supermarket food court, wet market, chained Japanese restaurants and international coffee chain. He has extensive professional experience and knowledge in F&B licensing and is proficient in providing technical advice the project management & E&M design for F&B shop.
