Programme Highlights

As the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) continues to surge, the demand for efficient and accessible charging solutions has reached unprecedented levels. This seminar aims to provide insights into the diverse charging solutions available, highlighting their benefits and effective implementation strategies. 

Designed to inspire engineers to explore evolving trends in EV charging solutions in response to market changes, the speaker will share insights on both past and present EV charging solutions from around the globe. This approach encourages all participants to actively engage in developing a comprehensive strategy for the future.  

Speaker

Ir Ian LEE received his MBA from The University of Hong Kong and his Bachelor's degree from The Polytechnic University (PolyU). With 30 years of experience, he has held positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff, CLP Power, and CLP Engineering before joining Schneider Electric as the Director of the Project Execution Center. Recently, Ian transitioned to the role of Solution Director, where he focuses on developing innovative and sustainable solutions to better serve customers. 

In addition to his industry experience, Ian has served as a part-time lecturer at PolyU's BSE Department, Victoria University (teaching a course on Customer Service), and the Chinese University of Hong Kong's School of Continuous and Professional Studies (offering a course on Project Management).

Currently, Ian is an active committee member of the HKIE Electrical Division and the HKIE Gas and Energy Division, as well as the Director of the Hong Kong Association of Energy Engineers.

This seminar is free of charge but prior registration is required. The number of participants is limited to 15 (physical) and 300 (online) and applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. For registration, please register online at https://forms.gle/CiGwc7mrTb7RGGYS8.
