Speaker

Mr. Ethan Chen (Director of Charging Network Business, Huawei Hong Kong) 

With years of experience in the charging infrastructure business, Ethan has worked across markets adhering to Chinese and European standards. Based in Beijing, Hong Kong, and various Asia-Pacific regions, he oversees the planning and development of local charging network operations. He collaborates with policy departments, certification bodies, and industry practitioners to drive the high-quality growth of charging networks.
